Another New Class @ Scottsdale Athletic Club!

NEW Nia class beginning this Saturday 12/1 at Noon! Location: Scottsdale Athletic Club.

Fellow Nia Instructor Razel Wolf and I will be sharing this class and we each will teach on different Saturdays. See this schedule for details.


Drop in rate is $15. SAC offers a Mind Body class package to non-members: a discounted rate when purchased in bulk. 10 pack for $120, ($12/class), or 20 pack for $200 ($10/class). 

Classes include yoga, Pilates, NIA, tai chi, stretch & relax, dance. Check with front desk.
